The Challenge: Keeping the Comcast employer brand fresh, fun, and interesting for potential talent.

The foundation was set for a talent brand - bold, bright colors reflecting the rainbow of Comcast’s iconic peacock logo, and hero shots of Comcast employees. I was the primary creative lead, partnered with a copywriter and an in-house designer building out the Comcast talent voice and a talent brand identity. The system we created gave space for great employee photography, but allowed TA leaders to leverage existing assets in equally successful ways.

This included illustrating a communication ecosystem, to highlight how campaigns could and should be extended beyond social and traditional digital media into microsites, emails, onsite experiences, and even into Comcast channels on Smart TVs.

Over the next two years, I continued to evolve and push this brand framework, most notably in conjunction with the Beijing Winter Olympics and the cross-functional team working behind the scenes at Comcast, and in pitching campaign ideas to the team, like using the iconic Universal Monsters for a holiday hiring campaign, and a fully illustrated campaign for Women’s History Month.
